If you have already returned an item that is still showing up on your library account, please let us know by:

  1. Signing into your  “My Account” on the library website. 
  2. Select the item
  3. Click on the three dots next to the item
  4. Select the drop-down option “I already returned this item". 
  5. A new form will then appear. Follow the instructions in the form: 
  6. Once submitted, the form will be sent to the library's Resolutions Team. Library staff will search for this item over the next several weeks and follow up with you via email to let you know whether or not the item is located. During this process, if you would respond to any emails sent requesting additional information that would be very helpful. In the meantime, the item will be marked in a way that it should remove it from your active checkout list and clear up any library account issues while the item is being searched for.
