The library does not have all textbooks for classes at BYU, but we do have many of them available through our course reserve service. You can find the items that the library does own by searching in the main library search bar for the specific title you are looking for. You can also login to your library account on the library website (upper righthand corner) and see a list of course reserve items for classes listed there by clicking on the "courses" link in your account menu. Course Reserve items check out for 2 hours.

The Library currently does not offer a textbook rental service. Occasionally we will have an older edition of a class text book in our collection.  You can search for the title and authors using the Books & E-books option on the Library website.

For items we do not own, we would love to know about them so that we can consider adding them to our Course Reserve service.

Students, you can let us know about textbooks being used in classes by filling out this form.

Faculty, please let us know about materials being used in your classes by filling out the form here
