No, the cost is the same. The major cost in printing results from the printing process rather than the cost of the paper. Because of that, it is the number of pages rather than the number of individual sheets that are printed that will be charged for (i.e. two pages printed on the front and back of 1 sheet of paper would be charged as $.16 the same as if two sheets of paper were used).
