Q. Who has permission to check out materials from the Howard W. Hunter Law Library?

If you have a current BYU ID card, you may check out Law Library materials. The checkout limit is 25 items.

Students & faculty, use your university identification card.

Law school alumni & local attorneys - check materials out from the Law Library using your bar membership card.

In general, bar member checkout time is three weeks.

Members of the general public may not borrow materials, but are welcome to use Law Library resources while on the premises.
