Q. How do I choose a database?

The Harold B. Lee Library provides access to many databases which provide links to articles and other information on a wide range of subjects and topics.

If you know your subject area choose one of the  Research Guides on the library home page and use the databases suggested in the guide.

Consult with the  Subject Librarian listed on the Research Guides for recommendations about sources for a subject specific research topic.

If you are unsure of the subject for your research, try using the Research Starter Guide which  searches over a broad range of topics to help you choose something to research.
