Within EndNote, go to Edit > Preferences > Find Full Text.
As shown below, check the OpenURL box and input http://lib.byu.edu/jfinder.pl
Add https://cas.byu.edu/cas/login?service to the Authenticate With box.
This will allow you to link to library resources and be authenticated correctly.
