We will send you an email when your item arrives and is ready for pickup or download

If you haven’t received an email and it has been over a week since you made your request check the status of the request by logging into your account at https://lib.byu.edu/account/items/checked-out

You can also get Interlibrary Loan help at the General Help Desk on Level 3.
