Books and other physical items such as movies, etc generally take from 5-10 days and articles usually arrive electronically within 1-2 days. It depends on what library we get the item from and how many libraries own it.

We will notify you by email when your item arrives.

If you haven’t heard anything from us after about a week, contact us and we’ll be able to give you more specific information.

Our office is located behind the Circulation Desk. Enter through 3445 door (to the left of the Circulation Desk). You can also contact the Interlibrary Loan office at 801-422-6344 or ill@byu.edu.
