Items requested via the "Request Item" button on the library website can be picked up in the library on Level 3 at the General Help Desk. Because library staff must locate the item and take it to the General Help Desk, this process generally takes about 24 business hours from request to ready for pick up (if the library can be located at the BYU library). If we need to get your item from another library, this process may take 1-3+ days longer due to processing and shipping times.

When your items is ready to be picked up, you will receive an e-mail. The General Help Desk is open any time the library is open and items can be picked up for 7 days after they are first made available for pick up. Updated library hours are located here:
