Q. How do I schedule a viewing room for a group of students to watch a video or DVD?

You can schedule the viewing rooms below at https://byu.libcal.com/reserve/productionrooms

Two viewing rooms are available: A small viewing room (up to 5 people) and a large theater style HD viewing room (up to 43 people).

To check in please go to the Equipment Checkout Room on the 4th floor South. 

No food or drink is allowed in the viewing rooms.
