To narrow your database search, try the following:
- Adding another concept (in nursing, consider population or healthcare setting)
- Changing your date limit from last 10 years to last 5 years
- Removing broad or related terms
- Using quotes to indicate specific phrases
- Adding controlled vocabulary/subject terms
