The Harold B. Lee Library L Tom Perry Special Collections Department publishes an excellent monthly Special Collections Blog https://sites.lib.byu.edu/special-collections/  which highlights one of the numerous and varied collections housed in the area on Level 1.

If you are interested in finding out more about the thousands of collections housed in the L.Tom Perry Special Collections Department you can read the monthly blogs which the department publishes.

The archives of the blog date from March 2008 to the present and include such diverse subjects as Recent Acquisitions,  Louisa May Alcott, The Transcontinental Railroad Anniversary,   Robert Burns Collection,  James E. Talmage Journals,  St. John's Bible,  Gutenberg Bible, Harvey Fletcher Sr., University Photographs, Athanasius Kircher, and many thousands more.

Reading the monthly blog is an excellent way to become acquainted with Special Collections.  Visitors to the collections are  welcome! There are no fees for visiting.  Simply register as a visitor when you arrive in the Special Collections area on Level 1. Make your request at the Special Collections Help Desk.
