Q. What is Article Delivery?

Article Delivery is a scanning service provided by the library to help patrons obtain pdf scans of book chapters, articles, etc. To use the service, please submit a request for a book chapter or article through your library account.

We’ll send you an email when your item is ready for download through your library account. We aim to fill requests within 24 hours, but may take longer if the request requires additional research. If you have more questions about this service, please contact our request processing team at ill@byu.edu or (801) 422-6344.
