This can be tricky, private companies are not required to release information to the public.

There are, however, ways to find information about private companies.

First, use our databases. Privco is great! Privco gathers information about private companies from many resources and publishes it. 

If Privco is not conclusive enough, conduct your own primary research using  Factiva  It allows searching the newspapers published in the home town of the company.

Last, contact the company directly and ask them for information. Be sure to mention the data is for educational purposes. They may or may not give you the information you need.
