Boolean Operators are words you can place between search terms to make your online search very specific.

AND = all of the terms must appear in the record (will narrow your search)

OR = at least one term must appear in the record (will broaden your search)

XOR = either term, but not both, must appear in the record

NOT = the term must not appear in the record
