Print journals & magazines (1990 to current) are housed in the Periodicals Reading Room on Level 2.

Room 2100 - down one flight of stairs from the atrium entrance.

They do not check out.  You can scan or photocopy articles in the reading room.

For more information, see: https://lib.byu.edu/periodicals/.

Details:

Print journals & magazines are shelved in the Periodicals Room according to call number.

How do I find the call number?

Library Home Page  > JOURNALS

Type the title in the Journal Title search box and click "Search."

Or select a journal using the Journals by Subject tab or alphabetical listings.

There will often be multiple entries to choose from for both online and print journals here in the Library.

For print journals (Level 2) look for the link "We Have a Copy - BYU Print Journals."

NOTES

*All pre-1990 print journals are now located in on-site compact shelving called AUX STOR.

This is not a public access area.

You can request AUX STOR items at the Periodicals Desk on Level 2, the General Help Desk on Level 3, or you can use the online Request an Item form.
