How do I find old General Conference talks?

I am looking for a copy of a speech given in General Conference many years ago I have looked online but cannot find it.

The HBLL does have print LDS General Conference Reports

Call No.  BX 8604.1.A1  

The Periodicals Room on Level 2 has Indexes and Reports beginning in 1898 and continuting to 2011.

These items do not generally check out of the library but you are welcome to make copies.
