The database Web of Knowledge (ISI) has Journal Citation Reports for Sciences and Social Sciences 1945-2018.
Here is the path: Library Home Page → Login → Databases → Letter W   Web of Science (ISI) → Journal Citation Reports (tab at top of page).

JCR Science Edition & JCR Social Sciences Edition are pre-selected.

Type the journal title in the "Go to Journal Profile" box (Top left of page) & click the search icon.

Key Indicators chart will appear with impact factors listed
