Q

Are there any current popular magazines in the Library?

I discovered the Sampler Popular Reading area on Level 2 but there are no magazines to read there. Where can I find current issues of magazines like Car and Driver or People Weekly, Vogue or the New Yorker?

Answer

Current issues of popular magazines are located on Level 2 in the Periodicals Room (down one level from the Library entrance).

Many of them have AP2 call numbers. They are shelved in the compact shelving in the room.

You are welcome to take issues from the shelves to the Popular Reading space or a study table.

They do not check out of the Library.

Photocopiers are available

When you have finished, simply place the magazines on a Return Shelf.  Library employees will re-shelve them for you.  Below is a short list of some of our popular reading magazines
