I paid for a billed book and my Library Account is still blocked.

I lost a book and paid for it but I still can't use my Library Account.

Answer

There are two ways you can resolve the problem:

Contact the Billing secretaries at library_billing@byu.edu (801 422-2913).

Come to the Circulation Desk in the Library between 9 and 5.

They can help you reach a resolution.
