Answer

Problems accessing an online journal off campus? Here are a few tips:

Make sure you are logged in to the library website with your NETID and password. Login using the "Login" button at the top right of the blue BYU LIBRARY banner on the library home page.

Now check to see if the journal is available off campus.

To do this click on "Journals" in the left menu bar.

Type in the Journal title and choose:  Starts With   Contains   or   Exact.  Click the blue "Search" button

From the resulting list click on the name of the journal you need access to. Make sure it really is available online from off campus.

If it is available off campus and if the catalog record indicates we do have the issue you need, yet you cannot connect, call the library Learning Commons Help Desk at 801 422 2926.  They are open all hours the library is open and will be able to help you with your searching.
