Where will I find a company’s SEC filings/Annual Reports?

I'm looking for a company's financial statements (i.e., 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F, Form 4, Form 144, Annual Reports, Proxy Statements, Accompanying Exhibits, Prospectuses, Registration Statements, SEC Wire, etc.)

Company Financial Statements

Find SEC filings for publicly-held companies online.

  1. Go to Morningstar
  2. Simply search for your company in the search box on the right
  3. From there, underneath the name, there is a tab that says "Filings". From there all SEC Filings and Annual reports can be accessed.

Also of interest, in the tab next to "Filings", you may access transcripts of the quarterly conference calls.
